Yoga & Exercise for the Stages of Menopause Workshop

3 hour workshop with a mixture of Menopause Wellness Talk, Questions & Answers with Prof. Margaret Griffin, Consultant Endocrinologist and a gentle Yoga & Meditation practice. Light refreshments and snacks included.

Yoga practice for the stages of menopause supports women who are going through this journey in their lives.

The class is a specially adapted yoga practice with breathing techniques and mindful exercises to help manage the symptoms of Menopause such as insomnia, hot flushes, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.

Kids Yoga, Fitness & Fun Camp & Weekly Classes

Camps & weekly fun classes for kids age 3 – 8 years old. The camp consists of fun games to help improve motor skills, hand & eye co-ordination, balance, strength and concentration. Art, crafts & sensory games to help with creativity , social skills inner calmness. Meditation & Breathing exercises to promote relaxation.

Yoga for Menopause 4 week Course

This class is once a week for 1 hour focusing on different Yoga poses, breathing & meditation exercises to help with the symptoms of Menopause. This class is for all levels of fitness.

Yogaflow Weekly Class

Yoga Flow can generally be defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the participant experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Movement through these postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release.

BIO

My name is Claire Daly I’m a yoga instructor, personal trainer. I set up Ciuin Wellness to fill a gap I saw in personal wellness programs in Ireland as I begin my journey through menopause. I believe wellness is for every body, from small children to older adults.

During lockdown I practiced Yoga and Meditation and I realised my kids loved it. This led me to find Rainbow Kids Yoga which is a professional programme for childrens yoga instructors. I now teach weekly Rainbow Kids Yoga Classes and Camps.

I hold a bachelors degree in leisure management and have 22 year experience as a manager, instructor and personal trainer. I found while working within the confines of the fitness industry I was unable to give my clients an individual tailored wellness experience.

Rainbow Kids Yoga certified and Personal Trainer

I am a certified Yoga for The Stages of Menopause Teacher – Yoga Alliance Professionals Certified. With this qualification and knowledge, my main aim is to educate women on the different stages of menopause, the symptoms and how yoga and breathing can help with the symptoms.
