Fun games to help improve kids motor skills, hand & eye co-ordination, balance & strength and concentration.

Art, crafts & sensory games to help with creativity , social skills inner calmness.

Meditation & Breathing exercises to promote relaxation

School Tracksuit preferable. Socks with grips preferable.
