Description
Yoga practice for the stages of menopause supports women who are going through this journey in their lives.
The class is a specially adapted yoga practice with breathing techniques and mindful exercises to help manage the symptoms of Menopause such as insomnia, hot flushes, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.
Participants will be guided through Yoga Poses to suit there own level of fitness.
Please bring a mat & bottle of water.
